If you don't like or you received damage product, you can return or exchange the product in 7 days of product delivery
- In case of return 100% refund will be provided to your bank account
Note: Don't accept the packaging if it is tampered/damaged/torn/pressed/disturbed, if you accept the packaging in tampered/damaged/torn/pressed/disturbed condition Heer Fashion will not be able to refund you.
Note: If you received totally different item in package, contact us within 8 hours of delivery.
Note: Shipping charge will be deducted from refund amount if your return the Exchanged product.
Note: Shipping charge ₹50 per product will be deducted from refund amount if you are returning more than 3 items at once.
How to return/Exchange?
- Login to Om International’s (create direct button) website
- Go to My Orders
- Select Product which you want to Return/Exchange
- Click Return/Exchange button
- Submit Product Photos and Bank detail for Refund
Below are the Return/Exchange condition for User outside India
- You have to raise return/exchange request by sending us email at ominternationalfashion@gmail.com within 7 days
- Email must contain OrderID, Return/Exchange Reason, Received Product photos
- You have to send back the product to our Wearhouse by your courier responsibility
- Further Refund or Exchange process will be proceed after product reach to our Wearhouse
